1. Overview

At CoreX Technology, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for project cancellations and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Before Project Kickoff: Full refund if the project has not started yet.
  • Within 24 Hours of Advance Payment: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of making the advance payment.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to our fault.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already been delivered and approved
  • Project is in progress and work has been completed for the current milestone
  • Change of mind after project kickoff
  • Delays caused by the client (late content delivery, delayed feedback)
  • Domain name registration or hosting fees paid to third parties

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled midway, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as: Total Paid - (Cost of Work Completed).

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your project details and reason for refund
  • We will respond within 48 hours
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
