1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CoreX Technology ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CoreX Technology provides the following digital services:

• Full-stack web development
• UI/UX design and branding
• AI and automation integration
• Digital strategy consulting

The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.

3. Project Terms

• Quotations: All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Payments: 50% advance payment is required before project kickoff. Remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
• Timeline: Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on scope changes and client feedback delays.
• Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered project (source code, designs, and assets) are transferred to the client. CoreX Technology reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner
• Respond to queries and feedback within 48 hours
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Review and approve deliverables at each milestone

6. Limitation of Liability

CoreX Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical details, and any sensitive data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
